What Are The Symptoms And Causes Of Post Nasal Drip And Diabetes?

Hello Dr. Sumit Bhatti, For about several months, I ve been noticing drier mouth and thicker saliva. I went to my physician about three times in the past six months and he said there was nothing out of the blue except that I have circumvallate papillae. I m beginning to wonder if I have post nasal drip or if I have diabetes.

For diagnosis of diabetis you have to do
Glucose fasting/ oral glucose tolerance test
Plus you'll be having polyuria and polydypsia ie excessive thirst and excessive urination
