my husband is 50 years old , he was at work and felt really hot and then told his supervisor that he needed to sit down and was in the lunch room and put his head down on the table and woke up on the floor he either passed out or fainted he then woke up after he went his pants. Went to the doctor and took MRI came back normal or didn't find nothing. EEG came back fine. no problems
