What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Cricopharyngeal Spasm?

Hello I m 21 years old , it s been 2 mounths when I ve started to feel like there s somthing stuck in my throat , i went to the doctor, he said dont worry it s just Cricopharyngeal Spasm , and it can come from stress , my question is, do I have to be worry from Cricopharyngeal Spasm ? And what can I do to make it go away ? I hope you can answer me, thank you very much.

If it is true pathological cricopharyngeal spasm - u will need to take anti spasmodic medicines and/ or relax to a great extent to relieve the muscle spasm. C spasm is spasm at the lower end of pharynx - giving difficulty in swallowing. If not relieved by medication needs surgical dilatation. Destress and also take calcium supplements. Do follow up with me
