What Are The Symptoms And Treatment For Seizures?

I have seizure-like episodes which start at the base of my brain stem with my head shaking. It then goes into my arms flailing on both side. Sometimes it will progress into my legs. This can go on for 30 -40 minutes. I do not lose consiousiness. No doctor has been able to diagnosis what is wrong with me.
