Hi
Lymph nodes often swell in one location when a problem such as an infection, or tumor develops in or near the lymph node. Swollen lymph nodes are one sign that your lymphatic system is working to rid your body of the responsible agents.Unless you have the reports of biopsy positive for carcinoma we can't say it can be because of massive infection in ear or neck area,As all the lymphatics in these area drain in neck only. However as this is generalised lymphedenopathy it can be lymphoma. But reports of biopsy will make things final.Night sweats loss of appetite and fatigue can be because of infection also.
