Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. A lot of children at 12-15 years age show abnormal behaviour like not following commands of parents, violent abusive episodes, throwing things, showing antisocial behaviour, use of foul language etc. Such behaviours can occur in Conduct Disorders, some other behaviour disorders and some times childhood onset bipolar disorders. Attention deficit disorders can also present with similar symptoms. To make a proper diagnosis visit to a Child Psychiatrist is needed. Behaviours like anger outbursts, hitting others, use of physical or verbal aggression on minor things, risk taking, doing things in rapid manner, poor need of sleep etc can occur in bipolar disorders. Please visit a doctor for help.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care.
