Hi, I have recently been experiencing stomach pain and doc said it may be Endometriosis, I have been on the pill and now switched to the mini pill but had my first period for the last 2 months and passed a large tissue like substance what could this be?

symptoms of endometriosis are abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, inability to conceive, dyspareunia.
u had menses after 2 months...get a urine pregnancy test done. if it's positive, the mass might b product of conception
