What Are The Symptoms Of HIV Or Std?

hi i have gone though the mutual masturbation with a women,i masturbated with the vaginal fluid on my penis.i contacted with my penis cape and tip.i also sucked her nipples,she told me that she is a mother of child.but there was no milk in the breast.may be there is some i did not noticed?.i have dental(bleeding gums) problem as well.

2 days later day i got fatigue,head pain. night sweats

after few days i have stomach problem and sore throat,blood in stool.night sweats

after 4 weeks i have enlarged lymph nodes in neck. and in jaws+pain in one of them and skin rash on whole my back(pimples like)

what should i do..did i got hiv
