Hi
Sexual promiscuity is the most common cause of hiv spread world wide.
Your friend need a standard hiv screening.
After a contact, even if the patient acquired virus, the routine tests won't give a positive result at least for 8weeks.
So as pet protocol, a repeat test should b done after 3 months to exclude HIV.
Meanwhile ask vher to quit the high risk behaviour.

Thank you
