What Are The Symptoms Of HIV,diabetes And Kidneys?

Hello, I am 21 years old and recently went in to get blood work done for : HIV, diabetes, and kidneys that was about 4 weeks ago and I Still haven't heard anything. After completing my blood work my doctor scheduled me to come back 6 weeks from my appointment date and told me that if anything came up she would call. Should I be worried? Does this usually mean everything is okay?
