What Are The Symptoms Of OCD?

Ok so Do I have OCD or something like it? So when Ever I eat something that looks odd or feels odd I start to panic and cry. One time my cousin ate a slice of my cake. I started to cry but I didn t cry because he ate some I cried because he didn t cut it straight and it looked weird. Everytime something like this happened I just start crying and I just don t know why.

-Eating a healthy, balanced diet and avoiding certain foods or drinks may also help you reduce stress.
-Avoid or limit caffeine. Coffee, tea, some soda pop, and chocolate contain caffeine.
-If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation.
-Make mealtimes calm and relaxed.
-Avoid eating to relieve stress.
