What Are The Symptoms Of STD?

For the past month and a half I have been getting mild cramps in my lower abdominal area especially after sex and sometimes on the right side of my stomach but it only last about 20 minutes. Sometimes I also get a sharp quick pain through my vagina but never severe. This also happens when I am not being sexually active but it is never constant.I also have noticed I am urinating a slight bit more than usual but nothing else. Me and my partner do have unprotected sex and sometimes he does ejaculate in me as I am on birth control. Is this a std?

Thank you for query.age No of partners is not clear. lower abdominal pain may be due to infections uterine or ovarian causes or other causes.please consult doctor for diagnosis and treatment.please use condoms without fail.
