What Are The Symptoms Of A Brain Stroke?

My husband just came out of the hospital because he had a sharp pain at the back of his head at the front and at the sides ... it wasnt a migraine it was a very painful severe headache the doctors found nothing on cascans they gave him morphin and pain killers. they send him home and said if it happens again it might be a stroke is that possible what are the symptoms i think it was a brain aneurysm

is it possible?
