I found a few yellow small pills in my old roomate closet! they were round with a heart symble popping out of it. she has been known 2 b on symboxion as well as herion n Xanax n drinking on top of it all! please help me! she is only 26 and if it is ex she will NEVER be allowed around here again

Certainly impaired consciousness, changes in pupil size (very small or very large), signs of intravenous injection in the arms/limbs/veins, a very disrupted lifestyle, many others possibly.
