General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Migraine can cause neurological signs which we call aura. Vision changes and hearing noises and other neurological symptoms like tingling and numbness can happen but these should not happen outside of the migraine headache. It is best for you to see a doctor and have a thorough neurological examination which will rule out stable neurological signs and reassure that the symptoms you have are due to migraine and not due to other structural brain conditions.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
