Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Symptoms of a miscarriage include bleeding, abdominal pain, passing clots during pregnancy. Soreness of breast and fatigue you experienced could have been pregnancy symptoms, but the only way to confirm was by doing a pregnancy test. It is important to confirm whether all the products of conception have been evacuated during miscarriage. Please be advised to folow up with a gynecologist to undergo pelvic ultrasound.

Hope this answers your questions
