What Are The Symptoms Of A Miscarriage?

Hi so um about 2 months ago me and my partner started having sex and we did not use protection. I missed my period for a month and then the next month I had bleeding but it only lasted two days and it wasn t on my due date of my period. I then took a pregnancy test about 4 weeks ago and it came back negative but my body is completely changing and I have a feeling I could still have been pregnant I just haven t had the time to go to the doctors. This month I had bleeding again this time light pink and brown the next day I m still bleeding now but it s like little blood clots and heaps of pieces of tissue coming out and I m scared that I could have had a miscarriage? Pls help I m not sure what to do

It would have been ideal if you would have taken a urine pregnancy test soon after missing your periods initially, so that adequate measures could have been taken to help in progression of pregnancy. Once the bleeding stops this time, kindly take an ultrasound scan and consult Obstetrician for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
