What Are The Symptoms Of A Potential Heart Attack?

i am a 48 year old female with family history of heart disease...I have had a heart cath about 10 years ago and it was perfect...Recently I have been under a lot of stress but have been having twinges in my upper chest toward the middle of my chest....I do have mitra valve prolapse but have never had any symtoms...I am probably concerned for nothing but just googled to see if that was a symptom of impending danger of a heart attack in a female

welcome to hcm ...impending heart attack has symptoms of repeated chest pains especially on physical or mental exertion ..but you should undergo the ecg ..bp check up and lipid profile etc
