What Are The Symptoms Of An Internal Head Injury?

Hi, I had a fall a little over a week ago in which I landed on my head as my feet went straight out beneath me. I was jogging on a long driveway and it was a patch of ice under a snow cover. I had no symptoms of a concussion nor did I loos consciousness. My question is should I have ( or still) be checked out by my MD?
