What Are The Symptoms Of Aneurysm?

I want to know the symptoms of aneurism because I always have migraine and feel tightness on my neck and shoulders. My left eye is sore and I have lightheadedness on the left side. I will be going back to my neurologist tomorrow but I thought about asking for your opinion on this. Thanks. YYYY@YYYY

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Aneurysm in blood vessels of brain can lead to headache commonly. However, headache can occur due to various other reasons. Migraine can occur without any structural abnormality. Aneurysm can be diagnosed by MRI brain. I suggest you consult your neurologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations for definitive diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
