What Are The Symptoms Of Breast Cancer?

Hi I am a 25 year old female. Last year for the first time I had a gynecology appointment. Breast cancer runs in my family they didnt perform a rectovaginal exam last year but i have my next appointment wednesday. Is it a good Idea to have it done? And why?
