What Are The Symptoms Of Chemical Poisoning After Ingesting Cleaning Liquid?

My toddler got spray bottle down from the counter that I have filled with Mr. Clean. He was soaked in it and his mouth smelled like it. I cant be sure but I have a feeling he was sucking on the bottle as well. He appears to be fine, no rash around mouth or discomfort. But what steps should I be taking now? Thank you.
