What Are The Symptoms Of Chlamydia?

This is awkward and embarrassing for me to say. A couple Weeks ago two drunken friens entered the restroom with me, I told her to hold my tampon I was on my period, one of them dared the other to shove it and take ot back out still leaving the plastic part on it. I had no other tampon and was forced to used that one right after she diso that. I later heard she had chlamydia. My question is could I have gotten chlamydia like that?

When a person is infected with chlamydia, lower belly pain, pain on micturition, bleeding between periods, pain on having sex are the symptoms. It may also cause pain, discharge or bleeding around the anus. In men, swollen or tender testicles, pus / milky or watery discharge from the penis are signs of chlamydial infection. Serious chlamydial infection may also cause symptoms in the eyes like redness, skin discoloration around your eye, itching, or discharge.
Chlamydia infections sometimes cause soreness of the throat. Chlamydial infections are transmitted by oral, anal or vaginal sex. They are spread by genital-genital contact and also from an infected woman to her child during vaginal birth. You are suggested to get STD tests done to stay on the safer side. Stay away from addictions if any.
