What Are The Symptoms Of Concussion?

I got punched more then once in my face, I developed a black eye. Didn t feel anything at the time. The very next morning there was blood draining from my nose, constant headaches, sensitive to lights and sounds, always tired, feeling sluggish, confused or can t remember what i am doing at the time, i have neck pain, and i can t concentrate. Are these signs of a concussion should i go to the doctor?

I went through the history that you had a injury and you want to know whether it is concussion injury.
The signs of concussion injury of brain are loss of consciousness, momentary loss of memory, bleeding from ears or nose, nausea, vomiting, severe headache, seizures...
Since you are having few symptoms like bleeding from nose, headache, loss of memory... you need to consult your doctor for examination to rule out concussion head injury and this can be done by investigations like CT scan.

Do consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly depending on the underlying cause.
