how do know if someone is depressed
My fiance not coming to bed says that she has nothing wrong but her self esteem is really low I am truly worried about her wellbeing she has been Ben real depressed before she has had suicidal thoughts before and almost succeeded but got stoped please help and tell me what I need to do?

I think, she needs antidepressant like paroxetine or escitalopram in treatment. These drugs are not available over the counter, so you have to consult a psychiatrist. Treatment in her case, depends upon the severity of depression. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
