What Are The Symptoms Of Diabetes?

yesterday at work I was very sleepy and thirsty constantly, when I got home I noticed my ankles and legs were swollen, my right leg was more swollen then my left. I rested and then fell asleep for about three hours then I woke up and ate a bologna sand which and right away I got a severe pain in my stomach it was so intense I fell to the floor then a few seconds later I urinated on myself without warning as if I was briefly paralyzed or something. I got up and when to the bathroom an I had diarrhea and my diarrhea was black. about a month ago my doctor told e I have insulin resistance and also that I have endometriosis again and he might have to do an ablation of my uterus. Am I having symptoms of diabetes and/or complications of endometriosis or both endometriosis and diabetes. I am very worried and I have no insurance. Thank you!

Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear madam I can understand your concern. I am very sorry about your condition
usually symptoms of diabetes will be excessive urination, excessive thirst, loss of weight, blurred vision, non healing wounds, excessive intake of food.
in my opinion your symptoms look like more to be due to infection in pelvis
your symptoms might not be due to diabetes
kindly meet gynecologist for your problem
