What Are The Symptoms Of Dropsy?

I would like to know what the symptoms of dropsy . My brother weighs about 300 lbs and has swollen feet, falls a lot and can`t get up. Is a pinched nerve in the neck a symptom as he says when he turns his head a certain way,he feels like he could pass out. He is in rehab now to help get his strength built up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

ur brother is not having dropsy symptoms such swollen legs filled with fluid. pinched nerve in the neck too causes numbness in the feet which might be the cause for falling
