General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Following are the symptoms of the ectopic pregnancy.
vaginal bleeding (in varying amounts), sudden lower abdominal pain, pelvic pain, a tender cervix, an adnexal mass, or adnexal tenderness.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo USG scan, blood HCG and urine pregnancy test to rule out the ectopic pregnancy.
If ectopic pregnancy will not found then it could be due to hormonal imbalance, and pregnancy.
Take tablet trmadol and rantac
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy diet and take proper rest.
Hope this may help you
