What Are The Symptoms Of Endometriosis?

I have a diagnosis of endometriosis, however, have never had cysts so far. Recently I been getting pain on my right side and swelling there too in the location of my ovary and its strong enough I am not currently getting up and about. I also have had nausea with it and am not sure what is causing the symptoms as my endometriosis is typically under control majority of time.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Endometriosis is associated with lower abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia. Ovarian cysts can develop anytime and can cause pelvic pain and excessive pain leads to nausea.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
