What Are The Symptoms Of Fever?

Hi I think I have a fever because my forehead is much warmer than usual and sometimes my muscles hurt. It has started since Saturday. I ve been taking Lemsip Cold/club paracetamol s since Sunday but it still gets warm. It does have effect though as I feel better during school. If you can provide me with a solution that ll get rid of it quite quickly, I ll appreciate it
