What Are The Symptoms Of Genital Herpes?

I have had multiple symptoms for weeks and my Dr. has done tests although not blood. trying to figure out if I have infections...or possibly genital herpes as well. he has me on 3 different meds and although better...still uncomfortable almost 6 weeks later...

I can understand regarding your concenr of mutiple symptoms. You have not elaborated exactly what tests have been doen.

Regarding herpes- The symptoms in Herpes manifest itself as small vesicles (fluid filled blisters) which remains for just a day or two and then forms ulcers which are quite painful. These ulcers then heals in next 5-7 days.

These vesicles are very painful and itchy with discomfort. When the vesicles burst in a day or two then the ulcers which are formed are quite painful for next 4-5 days.

In yourself you can make out that if such symptoms are present matching with your symptoms.

For ruling out herpes you can also go for blood test with herpes IgG and IgM antibody tests.
