What Are The Symptoms Of Hairline Fracture?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i fell 2weeks ago and landed on my right knee. It was bruised really bad and some swelling,it is not bruied anymore, just red. When i push on the left side of it, it really hurts. Do u think it could br a hairline fracture?
