Hello, what are the symptoms of a Heart mumur, as I am quite worried that my mum may have passed it down to me but I have suspicions that I have one because: I am always Dizzy I regularly have pain and discomfort in my heart

Heart murmurs are rarely hereditary. Your symptoms can be due to a cardiac pathology. It can be identified only after investigations like EKG, Echocardiography, etc under the guidance of an expert cardiologist.
