Hello welcome to HCM. Proper cardiac evaluation requires 2 d echo and trademill stress test. It will give you idea about heart pumping, it s all functions as well as heart s own blood supply. If you have undergone stress echo testing than it usually correlates both this test. If this study is normal than you should be happy. At present your heart gets enough blood supply and it s functions are within normal limits. It s not always to have symptoms while stress test. Sometimes doc can diagnose problems without any complaints by patients.
