What are the symptoms of reactivation of Hep B? I have full body itching, a pounding heart, slight fever and flushing, stomach and liver pain, besides the headache, weakness, and insomnia.

This could be chronic hepatitis B or some other infection. You need to see a doctor for an exam and blood tests to be sure.
