What Are The Symptoms Of High BP?

I m 30 weeks pregnant and if I seem to do quite a lot I come over funny such as dizzy, blurred vision, nauseous, and genuinely just the feeling of being unwell. It does pass in about 10 minutes or so. What could this be? I thought maybe something to do with blood pressure?

Hello, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. I think this all symptoms might be due to high blood pressure. The other symptom is headache which is more prominent in most of the cases. You should check your blood pressure as early as possible and if it is rise then took the measures as required.
