what are the symptoms of hypoglicemia? earlier today i have an episode where i suddenly became weak, dizzy, double vision, was sick to my stomach. everytime i moved my head the room just would spin. with my eyes closed the spinning would stop. i could barely walk. i layed down drank some juice and ate a glucose table. i have had episodes of low blood sugar befoer but this time it was different. there was a point where i could hardly catch my breath. its been about 5 hours and now i feel extremely exhausted.
