What Are The Symptoms Of Implantation Bleeding?

Hi I started my period 4days ago it came a 3 days early and its been very light and dark brown spotting when I wipe its pink blood ive been feeling nauseous dizziness and sore breast at night and since ive stopped my period today my stomach feels bloated but by my hip bones its aches sometimes. Could it be implantation bleeding or normal period.

If u had only spotting ,implantation bleeding cannot be ruled out ,so it is better to get home urine pregnancy test done to conform pregnancy
