my father he was on vacation in india from past 6 months
3 days ago he had fever with cold
when doctor did the blood test and urine test they found
S.BILIRUBIN:
TOTAL 1.7MG%
DIRECT 0.6MG%
INDIRECT 1.1MG%


IS THIS NORMAL? OR HE HAS JAUNDICE?
He just came back today home(Toronto,Canada)

Hi,
His S. Bilirubin is slightly on higher side.
So check for other signs of jaundice like,
1, passing yellow color urine,
2, white clay color stool,
3, Yellow sclera in eyes,
$, Loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting.
So see all or any of these signs, consult your doctor and get examined.
