Hi I am a 21 year old male, smoked on and off (3 months on and 3 months off) about 4 cigarettes per day and now I have a slight chest pain in right chest and increases slightly with breathing, I have numb fingers in the middle of the night and sweat sometimes too. Could this be lung cancer?
Since you are a smoker and have slight chest pain in right chest which increases slightly with breathing i would advise u to do CT scan of chest with contrast. If any space occupying lesion is found in the scan then biopsy to rule out malignancy is recommended. For chest pain you can take paracetamol tablets twice daily.
