What Are The Symptoms Of Lupus?

Hi, I m very afraid I have lupus, I have known something to be wrong for 2 years now but can not find anything through doctors. I have acepted that i am lazy and feel pain too easily but now i have only just discovered lupus and my symptoms are so similar I am really worried. Can you help? Thank you!

If two or more body systems are involved, then we have to think about lupus a simple ANA test will help
