What Are The Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

hi for the last 3 months I've been having my menstrual and I've been having blood clots and what seem 2 be a little form of yeast infection but I've been to 3 different local doctors and I was told everything was fine I 've even had preganacies test because I've been having the different signs of being pregnant My question to you is what tests I can maybe recommend to a doctor to give me I was thinking maybe I was having a miscarriage and if so can they detect it by jusy giving me a pap smear
