What Are The Symptoms Of Nerve Damage?

is there any thing to say i have nerve damage .i am having severe pain .i am on conservative treatment for 9 months and pain, headache ,weekness ,tingling all getting worse. please help
Advance degenerative change is identified in the mid cervical spine with associated myelomalacia.
This is noted at C3-C4 level where there is compromise of the anterior subarachnoid space
More inferior to the C3-C4 disc space though there is an area of signal void identified along the posterior longitudinal ligament.
There is a fairly significant degree of canal encroachment identified at C4-C5.
At this level there is some malacic segment within the cord. Similar there is evident of OPLL. (Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament)
The C5-C6 show continuation of OPLL.
More inferior to that location the canal is unremarkable. There is a fibrotic area identified along the nuchal ridge the subcutaneous space measuring 3cm in size
