General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. The usual symptoms of typical pneumonia are high fever, productive cough, shortness of breath and chest pain. There are also the atypical pneumonia with little fever, non productive cough and other symptoms such as muscle aches ...
You must go to your doctor. He will examine you and will request,if he deems it appropriate, a chest radiography to rule out Pneumonia.
I wish you good health.
