What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Brain Damage?

I have noticed dramatic decrease in brain function e.g memory after using cell phone. I want to ask can brain heal itself if i don't use cell phone(considering they cause damage to brain).
Plz tell me how can I have diagnosis to see whether brain has bee damaged ? Will MRI test ?
