What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Cancer In The Urethra?

I am female with a red and swollen urethra, I think caused by antibacterial wipes. Definitely not an std infection. Had antibiotics a week ago for cystitis. How long will it take to clear up. I am worried it may be cancer. Please help, I am in my sixties.
