What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Miscarriage?

I Missed my period so did home test that came up positive. Then one week later i did another one that also came up same. Little over a week later i started bleeding so went to doctor. He did pregnancy which came up a weak positive which the sister said is fine but doctor said i have miscarried. What is your opinion? Thanks
