What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Miscarriage?

Hi my names sydney ,im 17 and i think im pregnant..i have thought this for atleast a week now since i missed my period..anyways, I had used inhalents last night (dust off) and im scared i killed the baby or does this make it easier to have a miscarraige?This is probley just my first week of pregnacy but I dont know what will happen to the baby since i used drugs.. please help
