What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Miscarriage?

hello last month around the time of my period i had some very light bleeding it was only for 2 days i loked this up and it said i could be pregnant, (implantation bleeding) i am due on my period in ten days but today i have had some blood cots come out my vaginal passage but not much actual liuid, i am quite sore down there but i have been dizzy, light headed, having mood swings, loss of appetite and crabings my friends all think i'm pregnant but i a convinved i have just had a misscariage
