What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Miscarriage?

hi i was wondering if you could help me out here, i went the doctor's on the 5/7/10 the doctor had told me i was pregant, i saw the midwife on the 21/7/10 we worked out that i was 13weeks pregnat. i had a scan done on the 23/7/10, the nurse there said i had a miscarriage. but i havent bleed or anything, my last pmt was on the 22/4/10. the report that the nurse write out was:

ta scan

anteverted uterus, normal in size echotexure and outline.

the endometrium is well defined and measures 4.9 mm at the foundus.

no evidence ofintra or extra uterine gestation. appearances are consistent with complete misscarriage.

both ovaries are seen to have a poly cystic type appearnce.

no adnexal mass cyst or free fluis.

i all ready know that i have pcos. but what is worring me is i havent bleed or lost anything, is this normal to have a miscarriage without losing anything?

and i am still getting big i look pregnat even know they say i have a miscarriage i am still getting big.
